1 Definitions and Scope

In these Terms, "site" refers to the cd44 website and all its subdomains. "Services" refers to casino games, sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other entertainment content. "Account" refers to a member's registered personal profile.

These Terms apply to all services offered by cd44. Any specific terms relating to bonuses, payments, or VIP benefits are supplementary to these general terms, not a replacement for them.

2 Age Requirement and Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age

If a member's age is found to be below the minimum at the time of registration, cd44 reserves the right to cancel the account and withhold any deposited funds. In cases of doubt, cd44 may request a national ID card or other proof to verify age.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts may be suspended or closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

cd44 operates specifically for users in Bangladesh. Residents of any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited may not use this site. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing the site from their location is lawful.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be completely accurate and up to date. Accounts may not be opened using a false name, incorrect date of birth, or another person's payment details. cd44 reserves the right to verify identity at any time.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to anyone else is prohibited. If you lose your password or suspect unauthorised access, you must notify the support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

Before withdrawing a significant amount, or when requested by cd44, a member may be required to prove their identity via national ID card and confirm ownership of the payment method used. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

The supported methods for both deposits and withdrawals on cd44 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other payment channels are accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit is ৳200 (for each method). The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes, though delays may occur during verification.

4.3 Third-Party Accounts

Deposits and withdrawals may only be made using a mobile banking account registered in the member's own name. Accounts in a family member's name are not permitted either. If this rule is violated, the transaction may be cancelled.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at cd44 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Before withdrawing bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

Bonus funds are not counted as direct cash. Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. cd44 reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per device or household.

5.3 VIP Cashback

cd44's VIP program has four levels: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week. Example: a Gold-level member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

6 Gaming Conduct and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play

The outcome of all games on cd44 is determined by a fair and random process. cd44 reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from a game error or technical fault.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Using bots, automated software, or strategic programs
• Using multiple accounts solely to meet bonus wagering requirements
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs and not reporting them
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity

7 Responsible Gaming

All cd44 services are prohibited for anyone under 21 years of age. If a family member is a minor, please do not operate an account on their behalf.

8 Intellectual Property

The design, logo, graphics, software, game content, and all other elements of the cd44 website are the sole property of cd44 or its authorised suppliers. Copying, redistributing, or commercially using any element is legally prohibited.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

An initial response to a submitted complaint will be attempted within 72 hours. Complex matters may take longer to resolve.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure by cd44

cd44 may suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice in cases of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or any other reason. If a valid balance exists, it may be returned after review; however, bonus funds will not be returned if the account is closed due to a terms violation.

11.2 Closure by the Member

A request to close your account can be submitted to support at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance before closure, provided verification has been completed.

12 Limitation of Liability

cd44 will not be liable for any loss caused by a game or transaction being interrupted due to a technical fault, internet disconnection, or other factors beyond its control, though a fair resolution will be sought after review.

cd44 is not directly responsible for any issues arising from third-party content, game software, or external connections. The terms and conditions of third-party software providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and Spribe) apply independently.

13 Changes to the Terms

cd44 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the site. Continued use of the site after a change will mean you have accepted the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
